Nekota Tsuna Sings Five Songs in an Autumn Relay, Nerves and All
Second in the lineup after Komawari Koma, the VSpo singer said being invited to a relay outside her agency left her more nervous than her usual karaoke streams.
VSPO — Nekota Tsuna of VSpo took the second slot in an autumn-themed singing relay on Tuesday, working through five songs in about half an hour before handing the stage to Hanon, the next singer in the lineup.
Nekota opened by saying that Komawari Koma, who sang first, had made her nervous too, and she started singing almost at once. Her first pick was a lively song she said she felt was only loosely autumnal. Her second was the one autumn song she said she always sings, a favorite her regular listeners would recognize. Between songs she said she had been surprised to be invited to a relay run outside her own agency and to find herself among so many strong singers. She said she normally feels little nerves in her own singing streams, but that a relay made her tense.
“I’m nervous, so I’m going to sing.” — Nekota Tsuna, opening the stream
In a break after the second song, Nekota took a sip of water and thanked viewers for Super Chats and gifts, then praised Komawari’s singing, saying the voice is cute but carries something of an older-sister quality. She added that the two had last spoken together during a GTA stream. She then sang a short, more recent song tied to a film she had finally seen, and urged viewers to watch it, including those unfamiliar with the franchise, saying that was when it was most fun.
The last two songs were a ballad about a singer’s farewell and, as the closer, a song by a band whose cover she had recently posted online and which, she said, drew a warm response. She noted she had slipped on a line near the end, laughed it off and thanked viewers. She told the audience that the stream would move automatically to Hanon’s broadcast and that they did not need to close the window.
Chat was busiest at the start and at the close, with a flood of cheering and applause emotes through the songs. Viewers praised her high notes and her voice, and the stream drew 7 Super Chats in all.
