Hiiragi Emuri Reaches Midpoint of Zenless Epilogue, Then Pulls Velina in 20 Tries
The streamer played the version 1.6 story with Japanese voice acting and said she would save her remaining pulls for Norma.
GLITCH STARS — Hiiragi Emuri of Glitch Stars landed the character Velina in 20 pulls of the gacha, the game’s draw-for-characters system, late in a stream of nearly six hours on Zenless Zone Zero. The draw came after she had played roughly half of the Season 1 epilogue, the story chapter added in version 1.6.
Hiiragi had told viewers early in the stream that she lost the 50/50 on the Phoenix banner and expected Phoenix to return in a rerun. Chat urged her to pull Velina first, and she settled on Velina and Norma. After Velina arrived, she tried a further 10 pulls on Velina’s W-Engine, then stopped. “I don’t want to pull literally everything in this game,” she said, adding that Velina and Norma were on a rerun and might not come back for some time, while Phoenix likely would. She said she would keep the rest of her polychromes for Norma.

The story took up most of the evening. Hiiragi began the epilogue about 17 minutes in, playing with Japanese voice acting. She worked through a raffle win and an auction where she outbid the character Curtis for a golden Bangboo statue, then lost a robe to Hartman Ravenlock, head of the Ravenlock family, before a masked Hugo appeared. Vivian, whom she had been waiting to meet, entered about two hours in. Later, Hiiragi laughed as Vivian turned out to be a devoted fan of Faith, the alias of the player’s character, without knowing she was talking to them.
Chat cheered the Velina pull as it landed, and the stream received one Super Chat, from a viewer who said they had waited a long time to meet Vivian. Viewers also traded advice on which agents pair with Velina.
Hiiragi said she would pick the epilogue back up on Sunday, with Phoenix’s demo and trailer to follow. A members-only stream on Saturday will mark her first time playing the game’s fishing mini-game, and she said she is streaming every day this week at the same start time.
