Fuwawa Abyssgard Spends Nine Hours Exploring Yokohama in Rise of the Ronin
The solo stream ran through photo missions, cat hunts and a stealth raid on a castle, with a ten-minute lunch break in the middle.
HOLOLIVE — Fuwawa Abyssgard of FUWAMOCO played Rise of the Ronin solo for about nine hours, working through the game’s Yokohama district as a self-described “lone demon dog” while sister Mococo sat this one out.
Fuwawa opened by saying the album work of the past few days made a plain play session welcome, then headed into the open world. Early on the character reached a long house base, where Fuwawa set up weapon displays and storage and talked with an ally. Much of the middle stretch went to restoring public order in districts around the map, taking down groups of bandits and the tougher enemies the game calls formidable foes. Fuwawa also searched out the stray cats scattered across the map, reaching the low twenties by the evening, and sold off a pile of spare weapons and clothes to raise money.
“Slowly but surely, we’re getting stronger.” — Fuwawa Abyssgard, near the end of the stream
A ten-minute break for lunch came just after the three-hour mark, and Fuwawa returned to a chat full of well wishes. Later the character raided a castle in a stealth mission, recovered camera blueprints and then used the new camera to complete photo requests, bringing several districts to full completion. A friend made along the way built a sound detector for finding hidden enemies. Fuwawa said the character had reached level 11 and planned to return to a boss found too early once the level was near 20.
Near the end Fuwawa thanked viewers for the nine hours, mentioned the duo’s first album, which has a disc of 11 original songs, six of them new, and a second disc of five covers, and said there would be no stream the next day.
