Scarle Yonaguni of Nijisanji EN spent more than five hours playing a schoolyard bully for her chat, and the audience’s verdict was that she was better at being adorable than at being cruel.

The stream, titled “It’s My Turn to Bully Chatto,” opened with her greeting viewers as dweebs and nerds. She answered paid messages with insults and replaced her usual thank-yous, even for membership milestones, with “not thank you.” When viewers said she was reading her lines off a screen, she insisted she was “reading them off the top of my head.” Chat sent back roasts of its own and dared her to bark, bully harder or swear, while some of the 144 paid messages teased her about her height and her sleep schedule.

“I am not small. The world is just too big.” — Scarle Yonaguni, during the height dispute

The height jokes became the middle of the stream after viewers tagged her in posts for National Throw Short People Day. Yonaguni said Nijisanji’s website lists her at 165 cm, or 5 feet 4 inches, and that her 3D model stands 169 cm with shoes. She argued that 165 cm is not under 5 feet 4 inches, so she could not be thrown, then put on her 3D model and showed off her shoes to make the case. Viewers were unmoved, and the jokes kept coming for hours.

She also used the stream to confirm that her outfit reveal is set for Friday, Oct. 23, with a separate stream beforehand for outfit predictions and a look back at her earlier outfits. She said the Castlevania playthrough planned for the day was off because she forgot to renew her permission to play it, and that she hoped to start it later if approval came through. Later she gave a progress update on her Pokedex.

She called a break from bullying after about three hours, then returned to the bit on and off until the end. She ended the stream by moving on to a Persona session.
