The co-op run closed on a sad ending, and Nimue stayed on afterward to talk about singing and a first month of streaming.

Nimue Eversea and fellow FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION EN talent Aurel Ophidia played through the second half of Little Nightmares 3 together and reached the game’s ending, a sad one in which an imaginary friend has to be let go. The two picked up in an area full of puppets and clowns, and the co-op stretch ran for more than three hours.

Much of that time went to puzzles and chases. The pair spent a long stretch on a crank-and-jukebox puzzle among the clowns before climbing a crate to get past it, then slipped by a pair of hungry creatures by timing their moves to when the creatures were distracted. In a hot-air balloon sequence they set a gun-carrying pursuer on fire, and later a giant hand that searched a room took them about 20 minutes of attempts, with the two trying hiding under a desk, standing on it and striking the glass with a wrench before the pattern held. A final chase and a fall led to the ending.

“I really want as many people as possible to hear the songs that I sing and the covers that I sing.” — Nimue Eversea, after the game

The two talked the ending through on the spot, reading it as a story about overcoming fears and then letting go of an imaginary friend who is no longer needed. They noted that the game has an expansion with a second character and said they might play it together some day.

Nimue had opened the stream alone, joking about a bitten tongue that left a slight lisp and introducing two new moderators, Sleepy Seaguard and Serene Seaguard, who will help look after the chat. Nimue also thanked viewers for pushing the song Ripple past 100,000 on Spotify.

After Aurel left, Nimue stayed on to call the ending tragic and said horror suits stories that hit hard. Nimue then went through the voices of the generation’s members one by one, said they had nearly given up on singing and voice acting, and marveled at the 34K audience a month after debut. Next on the schedule were a morning chat stream in about seven hours, Restory that night, Goose Goose Duck without a POV stream and The Mortuary Assistant the following week. The stream closed with a raid of Solen Fernwick’s stream.
