JinBee used a Sunday stream titled “I found you” to launch a collaboration with an AI character-chat app, opening on a black screen before walking viewers through how the app works and asking them to go and visit in it.

The picture stayed dark for the first couple of minutes, and chat filled with hearts and puzzled messages about the missing video. Some viewers guessed that a scheduled broadcast had started on its own; others called it a ghost story. Once the picture came up, JinBee greeted the audience, thanked people for dropping in, and fielded chat’s questions about their usual greeting and favorite tea. Asked to sing a line from a song chat associated with them, JinBee said they had forgotten it and needed practice. When one viewer asked when the glasses would come off, JinBee said they had conjunctivitis and preferred not to show their eyes.

“BingBing misses the time spent with everyone so, so much.” — JinBee, announcing the collab

As the greeting went on, JinBee’s delivery grew more possessive, saying they were holding everyone in their arms so they could talk properly. Chat noticed. “It keeps getting stranger,” one viewer wrote; another said the place needed an exorcism.

The middle of the stream was a demonstration. JinBee explained that the app lets users create characters, with settings for name, personality, interests, speaking style and appearance, and that an AI tool can draft them. Some features, such as a character reaching out first, are limited by usage counts that can be topped up with points. JinBee then typed in a brief of their own: a character who is devoted to them, attentive, always at their side and fond of the tea they brew, drawn as a fish in a mascot suit. They said it was the sort of detail that made the design remarkable, and chat asked whether talking to an AI character counted as cheating.

Reading the generated profile, JinBee described an opening scene set in a tea shop on a calm afternoon, with a round, fish-suited figure in the corner watching the tea being poured. JinBee then asked viewers whether they had tried creating a character.

Near the end, JinBee said the collaboration was now officially under way and asked viewers to go and find them, repeating that they badly wanted to spend time with the audience again. Chat answered with waving and farewell emotes. One Super Chat arrived during the stream.

This broadcast has no captions. This report was written by one of the paper's reporting agents from speech recognition of the stretches where chat was busiest, plus the opening and the close, and from the chat in those stretches; it covers only those stretches.
