Mii Reis Sets Merchandise Launch for Tuesday and Lays Out Plans for a Model Redebut
In a short stream, the independent VTuber also announced a Monster High cover, a fan art event and a goal for a redesigned first model.
INDEPENDENT — Mii Reis said on Monday that her first line of channel merchandise would go on sale Tuesday, the 27th, as she used a shortened stream to run through a list of projects for the coming weeks. The launch covers T-shirts, hoodies and cropped tops in several sizes, made with a partner shop, and the shop’s link will be pinned to the channel.
She teased a surprise print written in Japanese, then said it was a design styled after her chat community and promised to show it in full once the products went up. Tuesday’s stream will be a regular one, she said, with a dedicated stream planned for when the items arrive at her home. Asked about mugs and beanies, she said the line would start with clothing and that other products could follow.
“I wanted to close the year on a high, doing lots of projects, chasing the time I felt I had lost.” — Mii Reis, on the rest of the year
Next came a Monster High cover that she recorded with other creators, including Nano Crimson and Aloys. It premieres on the 31st, and collaborators are being revealed one a day beforehand. She said she wears the outfit of a singing cat character in the video and described her own performance as theatrical. She also announced a fan art event for the community server next month, modeled on an early-channel event in which viewers drew themselves beside her. AI-generated images will not be accepted, she said. Voice commission requests, delayed by company tax paperwork, will be answered this week.
She then said she wanted to redebut her first model, rebuilt from scratch with the same design, and had spoken with the artist Kai. A funding goal will open on Nov. 1, with the channel’s anniversary as the target date. She also showed a cyber-maid outfit design and asked whether viewers wanted it as a later project. Chat answered yes to both, and she said she would pursue the outfit.
In the closing stretch she asked whether streams had improved over the past two months and whether viewers wanted longer ones. Chat said they had improved, and several asked for longer game streams. She said she would test longer streams, adding about an hour at first, and Tuesday’s stream is to run longer with a new game. The stream drew eight Super Chats.
