Nyra Nightclaw of IZIGENIA learned at the start of a late-night Minecraft stream that her channel had reached 4,000 subscribers, one week after her debut. “I was informed that I officially hit 4K,” she told viewers, adding that she was “so happy.”

The broadcast, titled “Nyra’s Super Secret Stream,” was her first late-night stream. She said the secret “ended up not working out,” and that she had no stream scheduled for the day and wanted to spend time with her audience and try out a new hour. She said the next milestone would be 5,000, and closed the night by saying she had been “alive for one week” and would post a thank-you message.

She played on an all-women Minecraft server, opening by showing off two pets and a sign she had left to keep them safe. Music and voices from a family gathering downstairs were audible at times, and she told viewers early on that anyone hearing a party was hearing her family. Other players on the server joined her over in-game voice chat, handing out elytra, the gliding wings, and flying with her to the End. She later browsed Pinterest for house ideas and settled on building a small blacksmith house near a witch house, took home a horse for the server’s horse-racing events, and spent much of the third hour at a player-run restaurant with the group.

Viewers congratulated her on the milestone, and the party downstairs became a running joke in chat.

She ended the stream after about four hours, saying she was tired. She said she would test other time slots in future, and that the next day she would hold her first zatsudan, or chat stream, to talk about future projects.
