Rosco Graves opened Day 4 of #DistrictV2, the Grand Theft Auto roleplay event, with a freestyle rap for a viewer who sent a Super Chat marking a “balloon day,” or birthday. After reading the message aloud, which also mentioned a first day of training at a delivery job, Rosco thanked the sender, rapped a verse over a beat that ended with “Happy Balloon Day” and rhymed about going to a bakery for bread, cake or a concha. Chat answered with birthday wishes and a run of Roscaloshi emotes.

Rosco also told chat he would start the next stream later than usual, about three hours after the server comes up, or around 6 p.m. Pacific. Five Super Chats came in over the broadcast, which ran about 11 hours.

Hours later the stream followed a Los Santos mayoral candidates’ forum. A supermarket owner promised to raise paychecks and cut prices, and Bob Bergerweather pledged higher pay for police and emergency medical staff and said he would take no mayoral salary until that was done. A third candidate, who is a dog, told the moderator the mechanics should get priority funding, saying they work far from the city and deserve tow trucks, a restaurant and a hospital nearby. Chat took to the dog’s pitch, with messages such as “VOTE DOGS ASAPPP.”

Around the eighth hour, Rosco’s group won a street race. One voice on the stream called it the first illegal race in Los Santos, and another said the first-place prize was around $10,000. Chat cheered the finish and asked for donuts.

Closing the stream, Rosco said he would be back the next day, arriving about three hours after the start time and possibly leaving early because of an early morning the day after. He said he has no scheduled appearance on Sunday. He added that the next session should bring more progress on the crime empire he is building, with a number of locations already lined up and a hideout still to come, and signed off with “Prepare yourselves for something wicked.”

This broadcast has no captions.
