Eva Ananova Announces Second Midwest Show, Nov. 22 in Louisville, Kentucky
The Stellar Verse singer made the announcement during a Halloween-night stream of covers, 3D dance tests and a candy tier list.
STELLAR VERSE — Eva Ananova told viewers on Halloween night that she will play a second show in the Midwest on Nov. 22 at Spanelli’s in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Tickets are $10 if bought in advance, she said, and a formal announcement is due in a couple of days. She added that more dates will follow.
The news came about 35 minutes into a stream of just over two hours. Eva Ananova opened in a witch hat with her motion capture out of order, tracking only her face with an iPhone, and said her grocery store had run out of pumpkins, so the planned pumpkin carving did not happen. She sang covers of songs by Pendulum and Panic! at the Disco, among others, and ended the set with “What Does the Fox Say.”
“I’m the treat. I’m treating my fellow Midwesterners with some shows.” — Eva Ananova, on the Nov. 22 date
Prompted by the fox song, she then tried a long list of dance emotes on her 3D model, calling out each one by name and reacting to the ones that went wrong, including a witch-themed set. She switched to her 2D model around the hour mark for a candy tier list, which she called her unpopular opinions. 100 Grand, Almond Joy, Mounds and Smarties went in the top tier, black licorice and jelly beans in the bottom, and she pushed back when viewers objected to her ranking of Rolos.
Later in the stream she talked about her plans for 2027: a second EP, a concept album with a heavier but more ethereal sound, and more live performances. She asked anyone who hosts events to invite her to concerts, including virtual ones, and said her album would be three months old the next day. She also spoke about being a post-hardcore VTuber and about finding a balance between traditional VTubing and her own ideas.
Chat answered the show news with requests to bring it to other regions, and two Super Chats came in during the stream. Eva Ananova signed off after about two hours and 15 minutes, reminded viewers that the time changes, and sent them to another streamer’s channel.
