Kirameki Eve Plays Overwatch to “Blow Away the Low Pressure,” Signing Off at 7:30 A.M.
The independent Twitch streamer started a late-night Overwatch session by promising an upbeat evening, and ended it by thanking viewers for a stream of more than six hours.
INDEPENDENT — Kirameki Eve, an independent streamer on Twitch, played Overwatch through the night and closed the broadcast at 7:30 in the morning, her time, after a stream that ran more than six hours.
She opened by announcing that the session was about blowing away the low-pressure weather. Because everyone seemed low on energy, she said, the plan was to lift the mood together. The early talk wandered to voice acting, practicing a falsetto and talking in front of an electric fan, which chat answered with a string of laughing emotes.
“Today is “Blow away the low pressure with Overwatch.”” — Kirameki Eve, opening the stream
In the matches, teammates traded quick calls as they fought: a Reaper circling behind the group, ultimates coming up, a player asking to be covered. Viewers cheered the plays and consoled the losses as they went. Later, over a quieter stretch, the talk turned to buffets, with shrimp fry, made-to-order omelets and French toast served alongside bacon all coming up.
Near the end, she thanked viewers for staying and said she might skip the following evening’s stream to get her sleep rhythm back in order, adding that she would see them at the next one. She then asked whether she could send viewers on a raid to a streamer who plays a lot of 7 Days to Die, and asked viewers to greet politely if she did.
Chat signed off with thanks for the long session and wishes for a good rest.
