Moondogs Has No Third-Anniversary Plan Yet, Says It Should Be More Than a Horror Game
During a midday games-and-chat stream, the SquareLive streamer also said they had bought a prized spinning-top part ahead of a small local tournament.
SQUARELIVE — Moondogs, a SquareLive streamer, said on Sunday that nothing had been decided for the channel’s coming third anniversary, and that they wanted it to mean more than a horror-game stream. “Nobody has thought of it yet,” they said, adding that an anniversary felt like a time for something more important.
The remark came during a games-and-chat stream, in a stretch where Moondogs noted that only two months of the year were left and that it had passed quickly. They said they planned to travel abroad next year. Chat offered ideas for the anniversary, among them a VR horror game, and Moondogs said they were not sure what the occasion would bring.
“I think an anniversary is more about doing something more important, not some horror game.” — Moondogs, on the coming anniversary
The stream itself was a run of small games played over lunch. Moondogs ate between rounds, telling chat they were playing and eating at the same time. In the later stretch, a sausage-throwing contest came up, with chat saying they would back Moondogs to win it. After a successful attempt, Moondogs said they were on the road to becoming a sausage master.
Moondogs also spoke about group games. They said there was no group game scheduled for the coming week, and that such sessions happen when schedules line up. Gathering a larger group takes time, they said, and the people they can currently play with most easily are two fellow streamers.
Near the end, Moondogs said they had bought a shark part for their spinning tops the day before, for under 2,000 and below what some sellers were asking, and planned to use it to get revenge at a small tournament when they next went home. They said the next stream would probably be in the evening.
