DELUTAYA Tries a Bright Blue Cheesecake Ice Cream on a Late-Night Chat Stream

INDEPENDENT — DELUTAYA tried a vividly blue, cheesecake-flavored ice cream that her mother brought home, in a relaxed chat stream, or *zatsudan*, that ran about three hours late Thursday into early Friday. Her mother had picked it out as something likely to go viral, and DELUTAYA said the outer coating was deep blue and the inside a lighter sky blue. After the first bites she said, “It tastes like cheesecake, for real,” and compared it to cream cheese. She noted that the package listed spirulina as the source of the color.

The evening began with no plan. DELUTAYA said she was off duty and in a thoroughly relaxed mood, and she spent the opening stretch searching Steam for a laid-back game for the next day’s stream. She took viewer suggestions, praised the realistic look of Fishing Planet, and installed a medal game she wanted to play, but the game would not register as a window for her capture software. She turned instead to GeoGuessr, the location-guessing game, and chat joined in naming countries from street signs and shop shelves. A Japan-only map turned out to need a paid plan.

Later, after viewers asked for situation-voice recordings, she said she would not do ASMR on a public stream, citing the risk of a ban and her own embarrassment. Near the end of the second hour she told how she had eaten about 600 grams of konjac balls in roughly an hour, then ended up at a doctor with her intestines blocked and went two days without solid food. She said the ice cream was her first real meal since, and urged viewers to take care with konjac, including the thin noodle forms.

DELUTAYA closed the stream after a little under three hours. She said she was still deciding what to play, that it would likely be a game stream, and that she planned to be back around 11 p.m. that same evening.
