Poru Spends Five Hours on the Storationship Card Game With Two Backstage Agents
The Algorhythm Project streamer worked through question cards on childhood, trust and friendship, using the game’s new First Impression and Turning Point add-ons.
ALGORHYTHM PROJECT — Poru of Algorhythm Project ran a stream of more than five hours built around the conversation card game Storationship, joined by two backstage “agents” who rarely appear on Poru’s streams. The broadcast was billed as episode 2 and tagged #arproject.
Poru opened by introducing the pair as the team behind the scenes, one of them a devoted fan of French fries, and explained that the first Storationship stream had come about a month earlier, when Poru had the flu. One agent then explained what the new edition adds: First Impression, in which players say what they make of each other on first meeting, and Turning Point, which asks about the moments that changed their lives. Both sit alongside the game’s original three levels of questions about personal boundaries. Poru warned that the talk among such close friends might include some coarse language.
“Some rough words may slip out today, so apologies. To the little ones watching, please don’t copy these older ones.” — Poru, opening the stream
One of the agents hosted while Poru typed the questions out for viewers. The first card asked which person from childhood had shaped the player’s life most, and that single question filled nearly an hour. Later cards asked how easily a person trusts others, how the players handle money, and whether they had ever gone through a stretch without direction. Answers ran from parents and early fandoms to fears and friendships.
Viewers followed along in chat, joking that Poru was outnumbered two to one and remarking that this was not a usual Poru stream. One message called it a special-form stream, and another said “Poru.exe has stopped working.”
Poru said the five hours of talking had used up all the energy, and said the game might return if viewers enjoyed it, since plenty of questions were left.
