Re:one Crazy Jelly’s Gang Clears Maze Bank Job for 800 Million In-Game Yen
A second, larger job later in the Palette Town session paid each of the gang’s 14 members 100 million yen.
TRILLIONSTAGE — Re:one Crazy Jelly, a rookie VTuber with TRILLIONSTAGE, took part in two successful in-game robberies on Saturday during a Grand Theft Auto (GTA) role-play stream on the Palette Town server. The first, a job at Maze Bank, brought in 800 million yen. The second paid every member of the gang 100 million yen.
The evening began with a server-run chase event. Runners tried to escape chasers dressed as dinosaurs, and everyone fought with squeaky toy hammers. Re:one signed up as a chaser, introduced themself to another player as “Rioneosaurus” and later swapped contact details with several players. Each chaser could bring in one runner, and when the event closed, the organizers said the runners had worked together to wipe out the chasers. Prizes included flying vehicles and 100 million yen. During the event, another player walked Re:one through the audio settings after noting that their voice was quieter than everyone else’s, and the level was fixed.
“We got 800 million.” — Re:one Crazy Jelly, announcing the Maze Bank take
Later Re:one joined their gang, Toxic WASABI, for the Maze Bank job, with Re:one on the five-person inside team. Players on the roof, in cars and in a helicopter held off the police while the inside team emptied the vault. Nobody was caught, and Re:one announced the total and then helped split it among the participants.
Hours later the gang took on a larger job called Artifact, with a new member trying out the gang that night. Re:one carried the loot while the rest of the gang guarded the warehouse, the highway and the sea approach. The collection finished with the police held off, and everyone was paid 100 million yen at the hideout. The gang then lined up its cars and struck a dance emote for a group photo, and picked a messy, out-of-sync shot as its loading-screen image.
A hide-and-seek game was planned for the end of the night. Re:one lost the connection after restarting the game and could not rejoin, and the server was reported to be unstable. Re:one said tomorrow’s plans included settling matters with the light-blue gang and retrieving a car that had been impounded. Viewers greeted Re:one with the fan greeting “kon-zeri” through the evening, and one wrote that they had come to hear Re:one’s voice again after a while.
