Chisaka Airi Introduces BB Biscuit to NIKKE, Then Pulls Queen Marian on Anniversary Banner
On a stream sponsored for the game’s fourth anniversary, BB Biscuit played the prologue live, and Airi took over for the pulls and the new event story.
PHASE CONNECT — Phase Connect’s Chisaka Airi spent a sponsored stream on Goddess of Victory: NIKKE walking her “daughter,” BB Biscuit, through the mobile game for the first time, timed to its fourth anniversary. BB Biscuit played the opening prologue live while Airi coached from the side. It ended with the death of Marian, the heroine the player is paired with, and BB Biscuit was in tears. Airi said she had cried a little too.
Airi then switched the stream to her own game, where she had held off on the current event and saved her pulls (the game’s paid-draw system) so both could happen on air. Her pull for the queen version of Marian came up on what she called a flip, a lucky result that was not guaranteed. “I got her when it wasn’t guaranteed,” she said, and chat filled with reactions. As she kept pulling, she explained the color cues in the animation to BB Biscuit and added a second copy of the character.

The two then read the anniversary event story, a prequel to the prologue in which copy after copy of Marian is sent into battle to gather combat data. Airi, who said she is partway through the main story, filled in terms for BB Biscuit while the pair debated the efficiency and ethics of the scheme and traded guesses about what came next. A late flashback showed the commander’s first meeting with Marian and ended on the bandage seen in the prologue. BB Biscuit then floated a theory that every player is a different clone of the same commander, which drew praise from Airi.
After the story and a short in-game mini game, Airi said she rarely spends money on the game but made an exception for the anniversary. The extra pulls did not bring the unit she was after. She pointed ahead to the second part of the event story and a Scarlet banner, and BB Biscuit said she would keep playing after the stream.
At the close, the streamers thanked the game’s team for sponsoring the stream, with one recalling that staff had asked her about a dream sponsorship two years earlier. The game was described as friendly to free-to-play players but “not very friendly to your tear ducts.” Viewers sent 60 Super Chats and Stickers over the stream.
