Shiro Leon’s Team B Reaches Third Stage of M.Entertainment Climb Without Practice

The team lost ground at the volcano stage, and the streamer closed the night with a round of Hades while nursing a cold.

Shiro Leon’s Team B made it to the third stage of a PEAK climbing event run by their agency, M.Entertainment, on Sunday, despite having done no practice together. Afterward, the group agreed the result was a good one even though bad luck at the volcano cost them a stronger finish.

The streamer opened by telling viewers it was the agency’s mountain-climbing day and that Team B was the most relaxed group of the lot, having opened the game only moments before. Early going was rough: players slid off ledges, fell to the bottom and joked that they would just run the course again. A mod problem briefly stalled a restart, and chat laughed along as players were told to reinstall it. The day’s route took in a giant-tree forest, a desert and a volcano.

“Thank you all for climbing with me today, and for playing a bit of Hades with me.” — Shiro Leon, signing off

Before the start, the group talked through the scoring, which included a 50-point bonus for clearing a hidden stage, and agreed to head in together on the countdown. When it hit zero, someone shouted for everyone to run. The group followed a teammate’s lead and traded jokes about items they carried, including mushrooms that one player ate and regretted.

In the aftermath, the team said the third stage had been their best, with everyone cooperating and everyone still alive. At the volcano, three players fell right at the start. They said they thought they had a chance if not for that, and noted that each day’s four stages draw one map from each of two choices.

In the wrap-up, the streamer said the team had done well to reach the third stage without practicing, and hoped for more events like it. Shiro Leon then switched to Hades, fighting the Hydra with the gauntlets and grumbling about lava terrain, and saved the run to pick up next time. Closing out, Shiro Leon said a cold had left the voice in poor shape, and promised to stream as much as possible next week because the following week would be busy.
